The verse uttered by 肇法師 Zhao Fashi when facing death under the 姚秦 Yao Qin emperor, fourth century A. D.: -- 'No master have the four elements,

Unreal are the five skandhas,

When my head meets the white blade,

Twill be but slicing the spring wind.

' The 'four elements' are the physical body.
